Since 2020, Andrey has worked as an environmental engineerin the areas of environmental remediation and land contamination assessment forcommercial, industrial and residential projects in the Canberra region, NSW andQueensland in Australia. Before moving to Canberra in 2020, Andrey worked in socialand environmental consulting and occupational health and safety services for theindustrial sector in both Ecuador and Peru. Andrey has worked as an environmentalengineer consultant with companies such as BHP (Cerro Quebrado in Ecuador), NewcrestS.A. and LundinGold, providing field logistics support for environmental investigations,initial mining exploration, and environmental remediation projects. Andrey knows aboutlegal and social due diligence, environmental audits, environmental assessments andvaluation, and support in environmental and social impact studies. Andrey is familiar withinternationally recognised standards such as the ISO and the International FinanceCorporation (IFC) standards.
